Refund policy

At Oria Creations, each piece is handmade with care using polymer clay. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at oriacreationsZA@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or slight colour variations that may occur due to screen display differences.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
